Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
We will disable any user accounts we suspect are committing fraudulent activity.
We are a small buisness and take slander very seriously, we will take this further if required.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

Terms of return please contact salon within 48hours if you are unhappy with the service.
State of return has to be the same way the product or service left the salon.
Reason for return has to be a reasonable request and the same as what you asked for on the day of service.
Process for return please contact the salon and ask to speak to salon manger or send message directly through the social media.
Process of refund will the determine the outcome of complaint. Card refunds will take maximum of 7 working days.
